Our vocal training class will provide you with a solid foundation for your singing career and take it to the next level.
What You'll Learn
At 1500 Sound Academy, our Intro to Vocal Techniques course is designed to get students acquainted with the fundamental concepts of singing so they can activate their vocal freedom and develop healthy voices.
These vocal techniques help beginners transform into successful singers by covering topics such as breath support, phonation for pitch accuracy, resonance for tonal variety, and articulation for clarity. They’ll result in you developing a balanced voice that has a dynamic range and tone.
The experience our founders and faculty have on songs such as Long Distance (Brandy), Take You Down (Chris Brown), and Einstein (Kelly Clarkson) will be instrumental for this course.
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
Utilize the fundamentals of breath support to implement a free tone
Implement proper techniques for phonation and pitch accuracy
Understand the basics of resonance and how to project the voice
Sing with proper diction and clarity using vocal articulators

Vocal Performance & Production Fundamentals
The 1500 Sound Academy Vocal program helps aspiring singers with their technique and fundamentals, performance abilities, recording processes and business operations. This performance-based program is well-suited for people who desire to hone their vocal craft, learn to record in GarageBand and stand out amongst the crowd.
There are two Enrollment Options:
Full Program (6 Courses). The full program costs $12,500 and includes six courses.
Individual Course(s). Choosing individual courses costs $2,250 per course.
Each course within the program is four weeks long. Enrollment in the entire program is six months in duration. Vocal Performance & Production Fundamentals courses are not offered online. Partial VA Benefits may be applied to the Vocal Performance & Production Fundamentals program. Financing options are available.
