Our Live Online and On-Demand Music Business Course will give you the skills and knowledge to make sure you’re able to succeed in today’s industry. You already have the talent and drive to make it as a musician, but our industry experts and cutting-edge classes will teach you how to channel this passion into the music business management side of things. When you take the music management course available at 1500 Sound Academy, you’ll learn what it takes to get the best deals in the business when it comes to signing contracts and achieving an inside edge. You’ll also be able to network with insiders and find out how to create the most lucrative music career possible.
While you’re in the process of trying to figure out your place in the music industry, you’ll need to know about everything from music publishing to paying taxes on all the money you’ll make. You’ll also need to know about the latest streaming and copyright laws.
Our teachers are still very active in the music business and know the ever-evolving industry inside and out. They teach you all the things they know in our music business course.
Enrollment Options
Music & Industry Fundamentals
Independent artists, producers and songwriters all find success in the Music & Industry Fundamentals program. These courses lead students through the entire production, editing, mixing, business and branding timelines so they are prepared for success after graduation. Additionally, this program helps creatives learn to engineer and can serve as a launching point for artist management, record label or publishing company internships.
There are two Enrollment Options:
Full Program (6 Courses). The full program costs $12,500 and includes six courses.
Individual Course(s). Choosing individual courses costs $2,250 per course.
Each course within the program is four weeks long. Enrollment in the entire program is six months in duration. Financing options are available and full VA benefits may be used for this program.
Music & Industry Fundamentals courses are offered online. No VA Benefits may be applied to the Music & Industry Fundamentals Live Online program.
